FAQs

What are the hours of operation?

Answer: The current facility hours are Monday through Thursday 7am-8pm, Friday 7 am- 6 pm Saturday 7am-4pm and Sunday 9 am- 5 pm.

Are membership plans offered to families?

Answer: Yes, a family plan is available up to five family members living in the same household, with proof of residency.

What is the process after I fill out the membership application?

Answer: Membership services are open during normal building operating hours. On the day that you choose to begin membership, you will need to bring in your first months payment and a picture ID. At that time, we will issue a receipt verifying payment and we will also enter you into our membership system, which includes taking a photo. Each person on a family plan needs to go through the process, including children 10 years of age and older.

How do I make Membership Payments?

Answer: Payments can be made in full at time of registration. If a payment is late, your membership will be suspended until payment is made. We currently accept cash, money orders and cashier’s checks as methods of payment. In an effort to save on postage and keep our membership costs low we do not send out monthly bills. If you have questions about billing for fitness center memberships or other programs and activities, please contact the information desk at 773-358-3200.

Is there a special discount for Englewood residents?

Answer: Our program prices are priced so that everyone will be able to take advantage of the low rates.

If I am paying for services, am I allowed to use the gym any time I want?

Answer: Safety is an issue and we do not want our members to be unsupervised in the facility, and potentially in harm’s way. Also, it is our goal to engage individuals in age-appropriate activities and we need to schedule particular times for that to occur.
